At Caim & Able, we use both SENDLE snd Australia Post to deliver your purchases within Australia. You have the option of choosing Regular Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post.

Please note the Australia Post system is experiencing major delays in some areas of Australia due to the current COVID-19 restrictions. 

We aim to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped by Australia Post you will receive a confirmation email from Caim & Able which will include your Australia Post tracking number.

Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended. 

This change is necessary due to: 

  • COVID-19 health and safety regulations applying to workplaces 
  • fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels) 
  • ongoing COVID-19 disruptions.

We’ll reinstate our next-business-day guarantee as soon as we can. 


Regular Parcel Post 2-8 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Express Parcel Post 1-4 business days depending on your location with Australia.

We highly recommend our rural or regional customers upgrade to the Express Parcel Post service for a small fee and have peace of mind your parcel will be with you in 1 to 3 business days.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times.

Please note we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays 


We offer Free Regular Delivery when you purchase over $100.00 of products online and Free Express Delivery when you purchase over $200.00 of products online.

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Caim & Able does not have to provide a refund if you change your mind on an item or the good has been used.  Refunds may be supported if;

  1. incorrect goods received or
  2. damaged in transport.

Please provide as much detail when you contact us.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unused, unopened & in their original condition.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us to confirm delivery address of your product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns Policy

Our website has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully. 

 What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?

Send an email to with your name, current delivery information and your new delivery information and we will make that change. All changes of shipping address need to be submitted within 24 hours of order to ensure successful delivery to your new shipping address.   

What if I’m not at home when my parcel is delivered?

  1. Sendle/Couriers Please will make one attempt to re-deliver the parcel free of charge. The re-delivery must be either “ATL” or for delivery to a parcel collection location.
  2. If the first re-delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then the Customer must arrange to collect the parcel from the courier or pay for a new delivery.
Who can sign for my parcel?
Where a parcel is marked “signature on delivery” the delivery agent will require a signature to deliver the parcel.  The signature is a record only of delivery to the address on the label, Sendle/Couriers Please/Australia Post is not responsible for ensuring delivery to a particular recipient at an address.

    Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
